SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS

Scholarship in Sarvottam Classroom (CCP)

Coaching FEE

• The scholarships shall be applicable to a student

only after taking admission in respective

programs (as per availability). If Sarvottam does

not offer any such program suitable for the

student; this Scholarship Program shall stand void

and cancelled. A student cannot claim it in any

other form.

• Offered Scholarship will be available for 1 Year

Regular classroom program only .

• The scholarship shall be applicable on total fee

without combining any other scholarship offer.

• Student can avail only one best scholarship in case

he/she is eligible for more than one scholarship

under different criteria by Sarvottam through any

other scholarship program.

• All other conditions for admission as stipulated in

Sarvottam Brochure Academic Session 2019-20

shall be applicable

FOR CASH AWARDS (SCHOOL)

(Principal/Coordinator)

• The Payment shall be made via an account payee

cheque respectively in the Name of Student,

School, Principal and Coordinator.

• Tie-Breaker: In case of similar participation, the

school which has more students from class 10

shall be given higher ranking followed by Class

9,8,7,6, 11-B, and 12-B in the decreasing order of

priority.

• Criteria for Best Principal & Coordinator award:

Total Students participation from all classes.

• Criteria for Best School Award: Performance of

their students in Sarvottam's Parakh 2018.

FOR CASH AWARDS (Students)

• Student can appear in Sarvottam's Parakh

2018 only once in an academic session. In

case it is found that the student has appeared

more than once then, all the benefits of

Sarvottam's Parakh 2018 given to him shall be

forfeited.

• Cash Reward & other awards shall be decided

on the basis of the performance of the

students.

• Tie Breaker

In case two or more students attaining same

marks in Sarvottam's PARAKH 2018 then

ranking shall be decided on the basis of

Round 2 Marks The higher marks in order of

Biology, Physics and Chemistry for Class XI &

XII. For class 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10, Maths followed

by Science & M.A. If the individual’s score of

all the subjects are also equal then the

student younger in age shall be given higher

rank.

• The student shall be entitled for Cash Prize

only if he/she attends Sarvottam's PARAKH

2018 felicitation Ceremony at Kota/ Seminars

conducted in respective cities.

• Cash Prize will be paid to students through

crossed cheque & shall be in favor of the

Student / Parent only.

·• The final discretion of the award of cash prize,

scholarship and other benefits in each case

will remain with Sarvottam’s management

and this decision will be final and abiding on

candidate.

• All disputes related to Sarvottam's PARAKH

2018 are subjected to Kota jurisdiction only.

• Sarvottam Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. reserves

the rights of final decision in any case of

disputes.
