Parent Info for Online Course Requests

Log into Family Access. This is located at www.rcas.org under Parents & Students.

Family Access Login.

***Note: if you do not have a Family Access Account, you can apply for one here, also.

Click on Open Family Access Login.

Select the correct student. If you have more than one student, you will need to complete a form for each. ***Note: if your student is a current 8th grader, you will also need to select Stevens High School under School.

The screen will open with the Start Course Request Review on top. To review the Course Requests, click on the Courses for 2013-2014 link.

Review your student’s course requests.***Note: any changes must be done by your student in Student Access.

Once you have reviewed the course requests, click on the Course Request Review link.

Click Start Course Request Review link.

Click on Step 1) Course Request Form.

Select either Yes (if you approve) or No (if you don’t approve).

Click Save.

Once you have completed Step 1, place a check mark in the box.

Step 2 is optional. If you have a moment, please verify the information we have on file for your student is correct.

Review the information we have on file. If any changes are needed, click on Request Changes to Student Information, Family Address or Family Information, as needed.

Place a check mark next to Step 2 (optional) has been completed.

Click on Complete Course Request Review.

Click on Complete Course Request Review to submit your approval.

Your approval has been completed. If you do need to make changes, you can re-open the form by clicking on the above button.
