Code of Conduct

*Parents, Players and Coaches

*All will adhere to and follow their code of conduct.

Code of conduct will be completed with

registration or signed at beginning of season.

Code of conduct may be reviewed on Club’s

website

*Parent complaint procedures are to be followed

and will be posted on the Club’s website

Registration Fees

*Registration Fees:*$95 each • 3rd/4th

*$130 each • 5th/6th

*$160 each • 7th/8th

Volunteers Expectations* The Club is a volunteer organization and can not run without your help.

* Last year, 628 hrs needed.

* All families must volunteer 4 hrs per family. (number may change once registration is complete). Separate check when registering.

* Register thru Dibs on lacrosse website. Very user friendly, hours will be tracked and will show when completed.

*Must register your 4 hours by the Sunday prior to the first week of games. That date will be provided at registration. If not registered by that date, your spots will be filled in for you.

* If you cannot fulfill that spot, you need to find a replacement. If family cannot find a replacement, contact volunteer committee and we will fill your spot for you. Anytime you contact the volunteer committee to fill your spot, money will be deducted.

* Parents can notify volunteer committee if they want to automatically opt out and we will fill their spots.

Cancellations/Closings -- 4:00 PM Day of Event

Age Group Leagues

* 7/8 Jr High League - Further develop stick skills, deeper

understanding of lacrosse game strategies and final

preparation & expectations to play at the HS level.  

* 5/6 Intermediate League - Large portion of time focused on

stick development and further grasp of overall flow of a

lacrosse game/strategy & increase speed & agility.  Increase

athlete's expectations of what they will experience at the 7/8

level.

* 3/4 Youth League - Primary focus is to develop individual

stick skills and necessary athleticism.  Minimal work on game

strategy, other than spacing and moving w/o the ball.

REC Evaluations

*Location HSE High School Turf (Football Stadium)

*All Leagues evaluations March 21st

*3/4 REC evaluations will be 12:00-1:30

*5/6 REC evaluations will be 1:30-3:00

*7/8 REC – no evaluations. Players will be split evenly into two teams.

*Please be there 25-30 minutes prior to start time. All players must have registered with SPORTS and at HSELAX.com.

Recreational / Select Teams Academy Style Practice Format

* Select teams will practice on the same night as their rec teams. Practice will be 30-45 minutes following rec practices.

* Select practices will be prior to Select games and tournaments. Practice schedule will be determined by the coach and may not be held each week.

* Rec practices take priority and select practices will not conflict with Rec.

* Individual team warm-ups

* Bring together in one large group

* Learn the Skill / Technique / Drill

* Send kids back to their team’s spots on field to run the drill

* Conduct Individual Team Practices

* Team specific formations, Man-up, Man – Down, etc.

* Allows us to leverage the experienced coach’s knowledge for the entire club!
