In order to qualify for consideration for this role, individuals must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of performance from both an individual production perspective as well as success in leadership roles in the staffing industry. The candidate ultimately selected for this position will be charged with operational oversight and the associated administrative activities of a multi-location, direct-hire Accounting and Finance group consisting of several Executive Recruiters. Responsibilities will also include working alongside branch, regional, and corporate management in order to establish and successfully achieve performance objectives and market strategies related to positioning the Parker + Lynch brand and the incremental growth of revenue over time. This is a hybrid full desk/leadership role that also heavily emphasizes personal production. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing senior level accounting and finance professionals across a wide variety of industries in addition to directing the same activities among the Executive Recruiting team reporting to the Perm Director. The Division Director will report directly to the Area Managing Director of the DC/Northern VA marketplace. Work closely with clients to identify and place qualified candidates that fit their specific staffing needs. This involves a thorough understanding of the client’s business and staffing considerations, advisory and consulting services related to staffing configuration and headcount, hiring recommendations and compensation plans. Compensation negotiations and facilitation of offer process. Responsible for all aspects of the internal recruiting process, including sourcing and interviewing potential Executive Recruiter candidates to determine their skill level and professional goals. Developing new relationships, maintaining an active/passive pipeline of potential Executive Recruiter candidates over time. Demonstrate consistent personal production in line with Executive Recruiter revenue expectations Meet or exceed personal daily, weekly, and monthly metrics in line with Executive Recruiter activity expectations Responsible for monitoring and directing daily, weekly, and monthly activity of the Executive Recruiter team in support of the successful achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Lead by example demonstrating consistent and proficient utilization of various technologies supporting the placement process Along with Area Managing Director, the Division Director is a primary branch resource for questions surrounding effective utilization of various technologies supporting the placement process by the Executive Recruiter team Assist and oversee the construction and execution of individual Executive Recruiter’s strategic call plan Spearhead daily and weekly meetings with the Parker + Lynch team and sister brands Responsible for ‘real time’ coaching and leadership by example of newly hired Executive Recruiters Along with Area Managing Director, the Division Director is responsible for Executive Recruiter activity and production reviews Responsible for ad hoc and weekly revenue and activity reporting to Regional Perm Director and Area Managing Director Parker + Lynch offers personal/professional balance, a rich compensation (BASE salary + commission component) and benefits package and a corporate culture which is quite simply unmatched in the staffing industry.
