Parkside Lending CEO Named to Freddie Mac and MBAIndependent Mortgage Bankers Advisory Board

Parkside Lending hasannounced that its CEO,Matthew Ostrander, hasaccepted an invitation tojoin the IndependentMortgage BankersAdvisory Board (IMBAB).This new board, which wascreated by Freddie Macand the Mortgage BankersAssociation, will adviseFreddie Mac of the implications that policy decisions, product development, andindustry oversight and challenges have upon independent mortgage bankers.

"I am honored to have been chosen to sit on the Board and hope to bring ParksideLending's 'power of caring' to each discussion," Ostrander said. "The advisory nature ofthis Board will provide significant value to our industry. I look forward to helping IMBABprovide Freddie Mac with insight into the needs and interests of independent mortgagebankers."

Ostrander co­founded Parkside Lending in 2004. He and his management teamsuccessfully navigated the mortgage deterioration of 2007­08, and have grown the
