A process of inquiry & skilful questioning

A mentor is an expert in a field, company or industry, who typically acts as a your advisor

Guide, advise, provide direction, workshop solutions using approaches and systems that have

worked for them in the past

A consultant will do a skilled job for you

A mentor will guide & direct you on the job

A coach will help you do the job yourself
