Participant Questions As part of a review of a draft employability strategy and a mini- review of a Careers Service within an educational establishment, the following is a sample of the questions or themes I, as the reviewer asked the stakeholders. Educational Establishment Staff (outside the Careers Service) 1. Initial reactions to the Employability Strategy Following an exploration of specific sections within the Employability Strategy: 2. In what capacity do you link with the Careers Service (CS)? 3. Is anything missing from the Strategy? / Is there anything else you think should be included? 4. How does the CS contribute to your department’s goals? 5. What does the CS do well? 6. What does the CS need to improve on? 7. What do you think the CS should do less of/stop doing? 8. How does the CS compare with other careers services within the same type of educational establishments you have come across? 9. In an ideal world, how would you like employability to develop in this educational establishment? 10. What are your views on the particular model the CS is proposing? Careers Service Staff 1.
