A deposit based on the estimated total event cost is required in order to guarantee your event space and date.

MINIMUM GUARANTEE

La Centrale requires a minimum guarantee of attendance of (3) business days prior to the event. This number is not subject to reduction thereafter. Your account will be billed for the guarantee of attendance or the actual event attendance, whichever is greater.

SERVICE CHARGES

A 21% service charge, present rate of 8% sales tax are added to all food and beverage.

Chefs and carvers are required for some menu items and are charged at 150.00 per chef based on a 2 hour minimum of food service. Labor charge is subject to a 7% tax rate.

For every fifty (50) guests, one (1) bartender is required and will be charged at 150.00 for the first three (3) hours, and 25.00 for each hour thereafter. Labor charge is subject to a 7% tax rate.

A 23% service charge, present rate of 8% sales tax are added to all food & beverage.
