MINIMUM GUARANTEE
La Centrale requires a minimum guarantee of attendance of (3) business days prior to the event. This number is not subject to reduction thereafter. Your account will be billed for the guarantee of attendance or the actual event attendance, whichever is greater.
SERVICE CHARGES
A 21% service charge, present rate of 8% sales tax are added to all food and beverage.
