Trident, Inc. is an Information Technology, Scientific, and System Engineering solutions based small business that has been providing high quality technology services since 1983.

Who are we?

We have successfully parlayed our experience and skills into several large Federal government contracts that have enabled us to be awarded the STARS II GWAC. Having STARS II allows Trident Inc. and our partners to bid on opportunities that are not widely available to others.

Under the STARS II GWAC, Trident Inc. has the ability to bid on and be awarded contracts on four functional areas:

• Custom Computer Programming Services • Computer Systems Design Services • Computer Facilities Management Services • Other Computer Related Services

To become part of our STARS II team:www.trident.net/starsII

We identify a requirement in an agency, preferably one which can be sole sourced.

We will engage with the agency to see if the opportunity can be sole sourced.

We will assess what capabili-ties are needed and determine the best suitable team members.

Proposal effort is initiated to completion and submitted.

Upon winning, subcontracting agreements are executed with team members and the project is performed on.

How does it work?

• Work with Trident a highly sought-after government contractor with years of experience and multiple wins under its belt.

• Work with a winning proposal team that will help support the development of STARS II proposals.

• Minority 8(a) or any other status is not required to partner with Trident. However, having those credentials along with prior government contract experience adds value to our team.

• We are looking for companies with unique technological products and/or services who like to expand into the Federal government market or extend their ability to sell to current government clients.

• In order to participate in the Trident team, you will need to add at least one of four NAICS codes of 541511, 541512, 541513, or 541519 to your SAM profile.

• Responding to STARS RFPs are often simpler and less time and resource consuming due to the pre-qualifications needed to be on the 8(a) STARS II GWAC.

• Minimal past performance required for prime or subcontractors.

• You are competing against less competitors than full and open competitions giving us an advantage.

• As an added bonus, by joining our team, Trident will help you become DCAA compliant if you are not currently compliant which is important for cost reimbursable contracts.
