XXVIII International Conference on Organometallic Chemistry (ICOMC 2018)

which will take place in Florence (Italy) at the Florence Congress & Exhibition Center, from July 15 to July 20, 2018. The Conference, organized by the Institute for the Chemistry of Organometallic Compounds (ICCOM) of the Italian National Research Council (CNR), comes back to Italy after 30 years (Torino 1988) and is part of a series of biannual events with a long tradition. The event will be the meeting point for scientists active in various fields of organometallic chemistry and all related disciplines and applications worldwide. Based on statistics, an average attendance of more than 800 delegates has been recorded. ICOMC 2018 will provide a unique opportunity to present and disseminate all the main aspects of modern organometallic chemistry and related applications in a lively, multidisciplinary and modern environment and will represent a unique opportunities for companies to advertise their activities and products. The Conference will be organized in parallel sessions with plenary, keynotes and invited lectures and short oral presentations. Two poster sections will allow presenting and discussing scientific contributions and to foster participation of students and young researchers. An award will be assigned to the best poster contributions. A.1 Booth Space Rental Rate for bare area only (3 x 2 mt.) Single booth € 6.000,00 + 22% VAT ; Double booth € 10.000,00 + 22% VAT The fees include: • 1 Complimentary Conference registration for company delegates (2 for Double Booth Rental) • 1 Complimentary Banquet invitation for company delegates (2 for Double Booth Rental) Shell Scheme Special packages will be prepared for the set up of booths and hospitality suites on request of the exhibiting companies. These costs are not included in the rental fees. ICOMC 2018 Web Presence The special “Sponsors & Exhibitors” tab on the website menu bar will list all exhibitors and include a free web link to the companies’ websites. The menu bar contains a “Link” tab in which all important links will be inserted as well. Exhibition Layout Exhibitors occupying space-only booth are required to submit a detailed plan of their stand to the Organizing Secretariat for approval within May 15, 2018.

B. SPONSORED LUNCHEON PANELS Time slots for Luncheon Panels have been reserved throughout the Official Program. Updates on the available timeframes and meeting rooms can be requested to the Organizing Secretariat.
