PROPOSED MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE FOR FIND YOUR TALENT
The proposed role of the Cultural
stakeholder group• The work of the stakeholder group will report
directly into the FYT project board.
• Very important to us that the group be made upof representatives from all of our key culturalpartners
• The remit of the stakeholder group would be to:
- discuss the strategy and development of theprogramme;
- determine quality criteria for arts and culturalprojects;
- look at delivery issues and solutions
• Management of the group:
- proposed that cultural partners chair
these meetings on a rotational, voluntary
basis
- Find Your Talent central team to undertake
secretariat responsibilities
• Exact terms of reference and
management arrangements to be
discussed and agreed at the next meeting
but any initial reactions?
3. Appointed Bold Creative to lead work
