The most common wear areas on Wheel Loaders occurs in the area that produces the pay cheque – THE LOADER FRAME & BUCKET.

Common wear areas on wheel loaders occur at the front end of the machine that load the material.

Not replacing worn pins and bushes in your loader frame can become very costly if not replaced and maintained with regular greasing.

Whilst wear occurs naturally when the machine is working, worn pins and bushes require replacement prior to wear and damage spreading to the main structure of loader frame and bucket.

Replacement of worn loader frame pins and bushes will reduce your overall maintenance cost whilst providing your operator with reduced noise and accurate smooth movement.

Komatsu genuine parts supplied and fitted by Komatsu will be covered by a 24 MONTH or 4,000 HOUR WARRANTY*
