    SIS Web/PartStore Integration Prerequisites

    SIS Web access PartStore access Function enabled for dealership

    Note: SIS/PartStore integration is available through SIS Web only Definition

    Price and Availability Parts price and parts availability is provided Data is made available in SIS Web through a PartStore account

    Order Parts Parts list is created in SIS and the Order Parts button is selected PartStore is opened with the parts populated in PartStore partslist

    Any parts list that can be created, opened from a saved parts list or imported into SIS can be sent to PartStore to order.

    AdministrationPart Pricing and Availability

    SIS Web/Service Software Administrators must enable/disable the Part Pricing and Availability feature from the SIS User Administration tool.

    Select ON or OFF, then Update

    The default setting is OFF.

    Note: The choice is for the entire dealership and its affiliates

    Price and Availability

    1. Click inside the Qty box to select the parts. Change quantity of parts as needed 2. Select Add to Parts List to add parts to parts list for ordering3. Select View Parts List to view list of parts

    1. Select Price & Availability for price and location information2. Select Order Parts to go PartStore and order the parts

    Note:

    Price & Availability can be viewed without selecting any parts or adding them to theparts list. But parts must be selected and added to the Parts List before they can be ordered

    The PartStore Customer Information window appears when Price & Availability have not been retrieved for that serial number prefix.

    1.Select the down arrows and select the appropriate information 2.Select Submit to continue.

    Change Customer All orders are for same customer until changed Use link at top of page to change customer

    Price (1) and location (2) are shown in red.

    Caution: Hitting Order Parts twice will double the order (quantity and price) when sent to PartStore.

    The sub-total cost can be viewed on the parts list screen

    Order Parts Using SIS Web and PartStore

    The selected parts are sent to PartStore. Select Next to continue the order process. Return to SIS using the Parts Book (SIS) link at top of page.

    Conclusion Dealerships with PartStore enabled can order parts directly

    from SIS Web via PartStore Support is available through the Accenture Dealer
