Users Feedback

Most feel happy and comfortable

highly satisfied with the building cooling

often complains about to low room temperature in the winter,but the comfort survey resulted, that 66% feel to warm!

some are having problems with the air humidity in the winter(supply air limited to 35% relativ humidity)





Owners Feedback

Building is ecological and economical

declared, that they would only build Passive Houses in the future





Conclusions

EnerGon meets the expectations of heating demand and comfort

The construction cost of EnerGon, compared with similarcomfortable buildings, are moderate

The energy costs are evident lower than that of similarcomfortable buildings
