You will be redirected back to the My Quest homepage see where you will see “Congratulations, account email verifi ed”. Please then click on “Access your lab results”

Acceptance & Review: Read Terms and Conditions then click on “Submit” at the end of the page
5Check your email address that you registered with to confi rm your My Quest account. Once you’ve confi rmed your email address, click on “Account Confi rmation Page” in the body of the email

Answer the verifi cation questions then click on submit 11
If you are a resident in the state of Maryland you will need to request your results each time by logging in, clicking on “Lab Results” on the left side of the screen then clicking on “Don’t See Results” in the upper right hand corner)
Please review the information in (Step 12) so you will know when to expect results to be delivered into your patient portal. Thank you for signing up with MyQuest.
