Letter of Recommendation Adler Real Estate Internship To whom it may concern, In the summer of 2015, Patrick Schmidt joined us on a 2 week internship programme (17 th August 2015 – 28 th August 2015) at Adler Real Estate – Green Park following the recommendation of a fellow colleague, who stated that his interest of research was very promising and his enthusiasm to get into the business was admirable. Patrick’s job here at Adler Real Estate was very detailed, so I sum up 3 jobs which was required in his job which included the following: Creating investor profiles from scratch, using business cards and running checklists through the current company investor profile book. He researched everything based off company websites and created over 100 fully-detailed investor profiles. He did this without question and having had no experience of conducting research like this before and completed the task above and beyond the call of duty. Accounting all company expenses and creating an excel- document of all the expenses. This helped us evaluate how much money was owed to individual members of the company so that they could be returned for their expenses. It also helped us evaluate company quarterly figures in our presentation to the board of members. This was crucial as at the time the company had just invested into…. And transparency within the company was vital. Following the leave of my secretary Esmeralda Wallbridge, Patrick obediently fulfilled any requirements of the office, which included assembling new office furniture (as we have just moved in the Green Park office), filing important paperwork which he did in chronological order of date which was not even required and setting up of business meetings with clients and colleagues. Patrick handled the entire process and our intensive business very well. His hard-working attitude and desire to finish deadlines on time is important for any business environment, Page | 1

In the summer of 2015, Patrick Schmidt joined us on a 2 week internship programme (17 th

Patrick’s job here at Adler Real Estate was very detailed, so I sum up 3 jobs which was required in his job which included the following:

His hard-working attitude and desire to finish deadlines on time is important for any business environment, but in an environment like ours it is essential as punctuality and keeping to deadlines are key aspects in the industry. Not only his characteristics were desirable however, throughout the entire process he kept a positive frame of mind which was a breath of fresh air in the business. His overall positive attitude reflected in ourselves, with my colleague Patrick Burke also stating that his bubbly nature was very positive in an environment which can be pretty daunting at times. The job was challenging and at times, stressful but the manner which Patrick conducted himself was second to none and I was more than impressed with the job that Patrick had done.

Working with Patrick was an absolute delight, and I can only recommend him to future employers who would be lucky to have someone of Patrick’s quality.
