EXPERIENCE
Program Director Implemented large organizations Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures publication and knowledge management development process. Project Manager Implemented $180M avionics upgrade to the Coast Guards H60 helicopter fleet. Developed and executed fielding plan, updates to operational guidance and publications, training system development, simulator and desk-top training aid design, and design and operational testing.
