My name is Jonathan Itedj.For 23 Years I have lived in the Orange Grove Avenue— Gardner Street Multi-Family Residential Historic District, and I support Councilmember Koretz's motion to initiate and establish an HPOZ (Item #16-1454 - Tuesday May 2, 2017).I ask that all members of the PLUM Committee, (yes, ALL of you... Please, please make it Unanimous.) support and pass this Motion. It is the right thing to do for our precious and historic neighborhood.

On behalf of the residents and owners of the Orange Grove Avenue support Councilmember Koretz*s motion to initiate and establish an HPOZ (Item #16-1454 - Tuesday May 2, 2017).

Gardner Street Multi-Family Residential Historic District Historic, we

Save Beverly Fairfax has been actively engaging our community. Attached is our petition with over 200 signatures from residents and owners

who support this HPOZ.

We ask that all members of the PLUM Committee to please support and pass this Motion, so that our neighborhood's rich history and character,

in addition to our rent stabilized apartments, can be preserved.
