On Purchase and Sale cases we pay broker referral fees on exchange of contracts. On remortgage cases we pay on completion.

All we need is notification from the solicitor – which we receive automatically in 9 out of 10 cases.

We do not wait for the solicitor to pay us first. We pay you as soon as we know it has exchanged (or completed on a remortgage).

We make payments weekly by BACS and send emailed remittance advice for every payment.

We typically pay you 6 weeks earlier than if you were paid monthly in arrears following completion.
