Notes

Prices are escalation free but subject to revision / withdrawal notice at Company’s sole

discretion.

Service Tax shall be payable as per the Government rules & regulations.

For 3 BHK car parking is mandatory.

Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Service Tax, Legal / miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be

payable by the Allot tee.
