•Deployment of an in-charge person for collecting the data & circulating the information to the client & employees of client, •Further to that the following aspect shall be taken care by the in-charge person• Collecting of Information from HR Department about the existing • Tax computation and Tax deduction at source• Professional Tax applicability• Report Generation• Payroll Register• Pay challans• Pay vouchers• Pay Slips with password protected• Year end investment document verification and Tax computation for year• Preparation of TDS challans• Preparing full and final settlement for the resigning employees• Automation of all payroll-related processes

•In Online service • Each employee will get separate ID and Password for the maintaining his profile,

leave data and to generate reports.. Such as pay slips, computation of income for tax liability, also provide Self declaration for Investment and personal details

• A HR ID will be given to maintain leave, employee database and allied information and approve the requisition of employees

• Based on the information given by the employee and HR, the payroll shall process at the outsourced premises and submitted online.
