• If you have a personal Facebook profile, make sure you "like" your own local fan page.
• Ask your staff members at the store to do the same.
• Have friends and family of staff share it out as well.

• Create a flyer for placement near the cash register
• Use QR codes to have salespeople gather fans and enter customers in the contest
Step 5: Broadcast Link on Google Places / Twitter / Linkedin
• Post link to contest on your Linkedin profile• Post link to event on Google places as a status• Broadcast via twitter
Step 6: Email Link to Event to Customer Contests
• Email 2 reminders about your Facebook contest to your email list
• Use links to the Facebook event in email so readers can click directly on event page
• Be descriptive of the giveaway – sell the prize
