PBL anchorage SF305, SF405 and SF505 for multi-strand bonded flat duct sys-tem were used for the pro-ject. The typical span was 17.45m by 13.25m with variation PT beam e.g. 1.5m x 0.5m, 1.8m x 0.6m, 2.4m x 1.0m (wxt). The basement floor slabs withstood the design superimposed dead load (S.D.L.) of 500 kg/sq.m
and live load (L.L.) of 400 kg/sq.m while ground floor and roof floor slabs withstood S.D.L. of 500 kg/sq.m and L.L. of 100 kg/sq.m.
Project Team Work
The factory construction has been responsible under the following pro-fessional team work.

Apsara Border Grade Separator - Horizontal & Vertical Anchors
On the occasion of hosting the prestigious Common Wealth Game 2010 in New Delhi - Central Public Works Department, Government of India were assigned to im-prove the roads infrastructure in the city of capital of India, New Delhi.
The 2010 Common Wealth Game are the 19th Common Wealth Game, and the 9th to be held under that name. The Games were scheduled to be held in Delhi, India between 3 October and 14 October 2010.
CPWD and Delhi Develop-ment Authority DDA - were engaged in developing several projects to meet the raising road traffic in New Delhi City.
As a part of infrastructure develop-ment, several stadiums - construction of new stadiums as well as renovating the existing stadiums, grade separa-tors, road underpasses, flyovers and approach structures were proposed to be constructed across New Delhi City.
Afcons Infrastructure Limited (SP Group) - leading infrastructure com-pany were awarded several road and
flyover works in the CEG - 2010 (Common Wealth Game 2010) scheme.
Apsara Border in situated in the out skirts of New Delhi, connecting neiboring state of Uttarpradesh where the most traffic congestions were common.
Salient Features of Grade Separator
A flyover with 3 lanes, 9m each way, dual carriage way was proposed on GT Road party in UP on GT Road. Underpasses on either side of the existing will have a raft
supported by 776 numbers of vertical soil anchors and ROB approaches were strengthened and restored by 154 numbers of horizontal soil anchor on Road No. 56 to Seemapuri and visa versa. Rotary proposed below flyover for right turning movements.

Application of PT in the Project (Horizontal & Vertical Anchors Por-tion) 840 KN Capacity Horizontal Anchors 154 Number at 4 Layers:
The purpose of introducing horizon-tal soil anchor system was to retain the earth on either sides of existing embankment connecting to rail over bridge.
By retaining the earth, the underpass box pushing system as well as the either side carriage way construction was provided the adequate working space.
800KN Capacity Vertical Anchors 776 Numbers at Different Locations:
The underpass of the grade separator consisted different level raft portion which in turn would get a huge amount of upward water thrust due to the project was situated very near to Yamuna river banks.
The lower levels of concrete rafts were very close to the water tables, hence it was decided to retain the raft in position and to withstand the up-ward thrust due to the ground water pressure the raft was provided with vertical soil anchors on either side of raft.
Tech9 Scope : Fabrication of rock anchors both horizontal and vertical, homing, grouting and stressing com-plete. Complete technical support in terms of design and execution.
