Focus groups
• 9 focus groups held throughout Massachusetts– Amherst, Boston, Brockton, Fall River, Hyannis, Lawrence, Lynn, Springfield and Worcester
• Total of 98 PCA focus group participants
• Demographic characteristics of focus group participants mirrored those of survey respondents

►High enthusiasm for training across the board
►Overall curiosity about certification for different types of training
►Strong interest in comprehensive basic training relating to the PCA Consumer Employer’s personal care and targeted training relating to specific PCA Consumer Employer’s clinical conditions
