PC Duracaps CI Conventional down hole treatments for corrosion (i.e. periodic batch treatments) typically introduce large amounts of inhibitor into the service environment to effect a change in the corrosion profile of the well. These treatments are designed to quickly establish an inhibitor film along the production string and reduce the corrosion level. The inhibitor film remains on the tubing until it is "stripped off' by incoming fluids. Depending on the type of inhibitor, production volumes and down hole dynamics, a batch treatment can provide several days on up to a week of protection until retreatment is required. Although this treating method has been utilized for years, it is known to have undesirable side effects, either at the intended target area or downstream of the target area. Some of the drawbacks include; significant loss of active product due to non-absorption on the production string, formation damage resulting from incidental introduction of foreign fluids into the production zone, and downstream system upsets due to high feedback concentrations of inhibitor immediately after application.

o PC CI 2119 A complete Water Soluble Corrosion Inhibitor – Amine Base product – ideal to inhibit sweet corrosion in high water cut Wells and flow lines – Stable at high temperature can be used in down hole conditions.

o PC CI 2116 A ready to use aqueous mixture of fatty acids, fatty amine derivatives and a volatile amine. Particularly designed to protect against carbon dioxide corrosion in both the liquid and vapor phases of oil and gas pipelines and gathering systems.

o PC CI 2151 A ready to use hydrocarbon solution of fatty amine derivatives soluble in oil and dispersible in water. Designed for protection of oil pipelines and gathering systems against carbon dioxide corrosion.

o PC CI 2152 A ready to use aromatic hydrocarbon solution containing a blend of fatty acids and fatty amine derivatives. Designed to protect Oil wells and pipelines against carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide attack. It is soluble in oil and dispersible in water. Can be used in diluted form for `squeeze’ treatment.

o PC CI 2195 A 90% active solution of di-isopropanolamine, appropriate for cold weather storage and handling. Acts as a solvent to strip acid gases from sour gas streams, especially where sulphur is recovered as a commercial commodity.

Duracaps Corrosion Inhibitor is designed to offset problems associated with conventional batch treatments by providing long-term, controlled release of inhibitor into the target area at

concentrations high enough to maintain corrosion inhibition yet low enough to prevent significant product loss and downstream system upsets.

PC Duracaps SI Conventional down hole treatments for scale (i.e., scale squeezes) typically introduce large amounts of inhibitor into the service environment to effect a change in the scaling profile of the well. These treatments are designed to prevent scale compounds from forming and depositing along the production string, but they also are intended to provide extended life, usually on the order up to several months for scale squeezes. Although this treating method has been utilized for years, it may have undesirable side effects, either at the intended target area or downstream of the target area. Some of the drawbacks include; significant loss of active product due to non-absorption or precipitation as in a scale squeeze, formation damage resulting from the introduction of foreign fluids into the production zone, and downstream system upsets due to high feedback concentrations of inhibitor immediately after application.

PC Drag Reducers Drag refers to the frictional pressure drop per length of pipe as fluid flows in a pipeline. Drag results from turbulent flow; conversely, drag reduction is the proportional decrease in frictional pressure drop. Calculating Drag Reduction: Drag reducer efficiency is expressed in terms of percent drag reduction. At a given flow rate, percent drag reduction (% DR) can be calculated using the following equation, where PF = Frictional pressure drop with and without DRA.

Drag reduction can be achieved by adding parts-per-million doses of PC DRA to the flow stream. This changes flow characteristics and reduces pressure loss, allowing greater throughput at the same pressure drop or equal throughput at lower pressure drop.

Drag Reducing additives work only in the turbulent flow regime. Turbulence is formed at the pipe wall and is characterized by irregular, random motion of fluid particles at transverse directions to the main flow and

turbulent “bursts” in the near wall region.

THE EFFECT OF PC DRAG REDUCER IN A PIPELINE – IT DEMONSTRATES THE

FLATTENING OUT OF TURBULENT FLOW

Production Chemical Tank Cleaning

We are market leaders in the application of specialty chemicals in the cleaning and de-sludging of large storage tanks and pipelines.

Disadvantages of Manual Washing

• Workers in the tank conduct the activities under oil & gas conditions .It’s difficult to control the

concentration of oil and gas below explosive limitation (2%).So dangerous factors may cause explosion. No safety guarantee.

• Higher requirements are imposed on workers when they enter the tank. It’s easy to cause gas poisoning and people casualty.

• Oil on the tank bottom can’t be reclaimed effectively, which results in the waste of quantities of oil. Clients may suffer economic loss.

• Manual washing uses the methods of steaming, shoveling and so on, which will inevitably damage the coating of the wall. Antisepsis will be needed for tank walls after the cleaning.

• Long washing period. Take 50,000m3 tank for example, all the work have to be completed by 30 persons in at least one month.

• Because of all the disadvantages mentioned above. Manual washing method was quitting the market from late of 1990’s.The alternative way is mechanical washing technology.

PC Tank Cleaning Technology

.

Our innovative technology drastically cuts the cost of tank cleaning as against known and traditional methods. With conventional processes, tanks can be out of service for several months with the attendant charges/costs for the removal and disposal of tank residues. The environmental impact of such disposal and having a crude oil tank open to the elements for a prolonged period are pertinent. With our dynamic team of experienced consultants, engineers and technicians, PCG is well positioned to meet the challenges facing client organizations. Our engineers, technicians and consultants have been instrumental in developing pioneering solutions that have helped our clients all over the world give tangible form to ideas that improve their business results through our organization-specific solutions.

Our Tank Cleaning Package is world class and we are currently unrivalled in our ability, and are the only service provider to guarantee the removal and return of 95% of tank residues in a specified tank without man entry as well as 99% recovery of crude

PC Bio - Fuels

Production Chemical Group is delving into the Bio- Fuel market – our main aim is to promote the idea in Africa - separating the glycerine from the Esters in biofuels is not necessary. This is one of the areas we are trying to emphasize - the financial savings/benefits possible in providing most of the agriculture machinery with diesel and growing it on the farmers land, is immense – not only saving money for the farmer but also saving huge amounts of money for the governments and reducing pollution..

Our aim is to promote in certain countries is, as follows

• Do not separate Glycerine and Esters - Simplifies the process meaning farmers can produce diesel on site.

• Reduce the huge importation budget.

• Reduce the massive costs of transporting diesel from refineries to consumers.

• Increase the profitability of farmers.

• Areas of arid land or poor quality land – plant crops. This will prevent or reduce soil degradation, soil erosion and help the environment.

• Reduce pollution

Company Safety Policy Guideline It is our philosophy in the Production Chemical Group, accidents, injuries, damage to equipment, and the environment are factors which by themselves, or in conjunction with other complex variables, are unsafe acts resulting in lost time, and slow down business aspirations. Accidents can be controlled and prevented - management and employees should be involved in the constant effort to maintain acceptable standards of health and safety at work at all times. IT IS A TEAM EFFORT. Safety is specific to the type of business - certain safety regulations are more important in some industries than others - we deal in specialty chemicals associated with the oil industry and some of these products can be hazardous - Toxic, Corrosive, Flammable, or a combination and we as a group must be aware of the environmental and personal effects these chemicals can have on our lives. It is the duty of the Management to provide adequate resources and to delegate responsibilities to supervisory staff for proper implementation of safety rules and regulations by their subordinates. Proper precautions will be taken to prevent environmental degradation, proper precautions to create a healthy and conducive working environment, proper precautions to impede, predict and thus prevent accidents on the road, in the work place, and other possible areas, proper precautions when dealing with chemicals - proper safety apparatus and Personal Protective Equipment, foresee potential areas of accidents and report them.-

Keep Supervisors and Management aware of your ideas on safety, and report any accidents however small and KEEP MANAGEMENT AWARE.

All employees will have a copy of this safety and environmental booklet and all will read it, as occasionally Management will ask questions specific to the safety regulations of our Companies.

Safety and Environmental Policy for Production Chemical Group

To All Staff Members Accident Prevention Plan It is our objective to keep accidents down by forward planning and exhaustive hazard identification for each phase of work. These are to be carried out by supervisors/senior engineers and a detailed list of identified hazards used for review during monthly safety meetings. Industrial Accident Prevention The areas to be covered are:- a) To prevent accidental and traumatic injuries arising from contact with energy sources, unguarded rotating equipment, horseplay or faulty equipment, exposure to gases, fumes and other sources of toxic/harmful emissions.

b) To train employees to be able to perform simple first aid, fight fires with portable fire extinguishers. This training will form part of in-house prevention measures. c) Train all personnel in how to swim. Staff will be swim-tested or trained in swimming proficiency to the level of personal survival before being deployed to work in a marine environment. While in such environment, the employee irrespective of level in the company must wear personal floatation device. d) Train all employees on the hazardous labels, handling of chemicals, the protective clothing necessary to handle chemicals safely, the storage of chemicals and the detrimental effects certain chemicals have on the environment and on humans.

e) Reduce the hazards of transportation especially on the highway and striking injuries during lifting operations and as part of company regulations, drivers of company vehicles must be fit and possess a valid driving license. When driver training opportunities arise, drivers will be nominated to attend defensive driving school. For mechanical lifting - cranes, forklifts, approved and certified equipment shall be used. Offshore, on land, in a yard it is the duty of all employees involved in lifting operations to stay clear of the hoisting area and wear head, hand and foot protection equipment.

Protection Strategy In order to keep accidents to a minimum a level of protection is required. The provision of such protective equipment shall be the duty of Management. However, Management through supervisory staff will ensure compliance. All staff will wear protective equipment and if seen without the proper equipment the relevant party will be reprimanded - regular offenders be warned, the company has a right to dismiss any staff if PPE is not worn or is misused.

Personal Protective Equipment Hard hats, coveralls, safety boots, hand gloves, and goggles are to be provided for use. These items are intended to minimize individual’s exposure to injury and adverse effects. Particular attention must be given to the nature of hazard and the exposure of the individual during selection. Extremes of cold and heat, chemical contacts, slippery surfaces, punctures, and heavy or sharp objects, are some such hazards. For effectiveness the user must have knowledge and a basic understanding of the hazards concerned. Adequate instructions to the user on the equipment limitations are of immense importance. When handling chemicals additional PPE must be worn such as aprons, full facial masks, breathing apparatus (filters), gloves which are able to prevent penetration of the chemicals into the skin, be it the hand or any part of the body. Certain aromatic solvents are carcinogenic and therefore should not touch any part of the skin - protective measures to prevent this should be implemented and appropriate wears should be provided to give this protection. Environmental Protection

It is our policy to ensure a clean environment - maintain this in the work place, offshore and at our houses and surrounding areas. Disposing of chemicals must be done in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with local regulations. Any discharge of hazardous material must be reported to the local authorities. Empty used drums must be disposed of in an environmental acceptable manner. All drums received back from our clients are recycled back or if badly damaged will be destroyed - metal drums can be cut up and sold to the local market in Africa. Plastic drums can be cut up and melted down. Equipment Protection Integrity of equipment used for work, plays a vital role in accident prevention measures - DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT IS NOT ONLY UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS TO LIFE, BUT ALSO REDUCES EFFICIENCY, QUALITY, AND GIVES THE COMPANY A POOR IMAGE. To this end, preventative and scheduled maintenance should be carried out for all pieces of equipment and such a report is ready for inspection at any time. Health Plan Management must demonstrate a visible premium on the standards of its staff working environment. To achieve this, a conducive environment for work is required such as good illumination, ventilation, amenable offices, sanitary facilities and appropriate tools to maintain the above.
