Planigrout 740 is a one-component,shrinkage-compensated cementitiousprecision grout consisting of selectedfine aggregates and special additives.Planigrout 740 requires only the additionof water to produce consistencies varyingfrom plastic to very fluid (withoutsegregation) while producing highcompressive and flexural strengths withina few days. Planigrout 740 is used undermachine base plates where severe sidethrust or impact resistance is required,and under stretcher beds, presses andother heavy machinery requiring absolutesupport. Planigrout 740 can be used inplastic or very fluid consistencies and issuited for filling hard to reach spaces.Planigrout 740 is totally free of shrinkagethroughout the plastic hardening phasesand ensures high compressive andflexural strengths without bleeding to thesurface.

EPOXY GROUT

Planigrout 780 is a three-component,non-shrinking epoxy construction groutconsisting of two-component 100%solids, solvent-free epoxy resin plusselected fine aggregates. Planigrout 780is a kit that requires only the mixing ofthe pre-portioned components toproduce consistencies ranging fromplastic (mixed with 100% of theaggregate) to fluid (mixed with 82% ofthe aggregate). Planigrout 780 produceshigh compressive and flexural strengthsas well as superior chemical resistancewithin a few days. Planigrout 780 issuited for structural load-bearingapplications, such as under machinebase plates where severe side thrust orimpact resistance is required, and understretcher beds, presses and other heavymachinery requiring absolute support.Planigrout 780 has excellent resistance tooils, mild acids, sewage and otherchemicals (refer to the Planigrout 780Technical Data Sheet for specificperformance characteristics).

Mapecem 100 is a one-component,shrinkage-compensated, cementitiousmortar intended for the renovation andtopping of horizontal concrete andengineer-approved surfaces. Mapecem 100 is used for treating concretedefects, filling honeycombs, voids andcavities and for construction or repair ofnew and existing concrete slabs. Thismortar is also used when floating ormonolithic toppings are required. Whenproperly used, Mapecem 100 has aresidual moisture content of less than2.5% within 24 hours. Mixed with water,Mapecem 100 produces a mortar that iseasy to apply on horizontal surfaces inthicknesses from 3/8" to 4" (10 – 101 mm) for a bonded system, and1-3/8" to 4" (35 – 101 mm) for a non-bonded system.
