Team will be provided to client. Client utilizes for the project as need basis and pays at actual. Team provided acts as part of Client Company. Hourly basis man-hours on project will be charged at agreed cost/man-hours. Timesheets will be charged and daily approval from client for the man-hours spent for the execution of the project.
