knowledge & skillfulness

• Physical Activity– Main purpose of PE is to

enhance PA levels

One Coin, Different Sides

• Need PA to become skilled• Need skillfulness/knowledge to be PA• At least 50% MVPA in PE

(NASPE, 2009; USDHHS, 2000)

• NASPE – Goals of PE; Standards– PE key to CSPAP
