La linea dei raccordi elettrici offre una vasta gamma di raccordi e valvole di alta qualità in PE100.La saldatura per elettrofusione è stata collaudata per una permanente ed eccellente giunzione di tubi in polietilene.Questo metodo è usato per sistemi di tubazioni per la distribuzione di gas ed acqua, il trasporto di acque di scarico e perimpianti industriali. Il sistema di gestione della qualità è in linea con l’ISO 9001:2008 che soddisfa i requisiti dello standardinternazionale.

The line of electrofusion fittings offers a wide range of high quality PE100 fittings and valves.The electrofusion welding has been tested for a permanent and excellent junction of polyethylene pipes.This method is used for piping systems for the distribution of gas and water, the transport of waste water and for industrialapplications. The quality management system is in line with ISO 9001:2008 which meets the requirements of theinternational standard.

Electrofusion couplers are made out of PE100-RC (material type with a high stresscracking resistance), with bifilar design. Both sides of the electrofusion coupler can bewelded separately. After the first welding is complete the pipe with the welded couplercan be connected to the existing pipeline.

Six different sizes of the TURBO are available, according to the pipe size. TURBO has to beused with a cordless driver.

The pipe scrapers remove the oxidation layer caused by weather and ultraviolet rays. There is a device that makes itpossible to maintain the thickness of the continuous chip constant, even if the pipe is misshaped, and to adjust the length ofthe surface to scrape according to the depth of the electrical coupler. The RTC 710 has an extendable arm to scrape the exactlength of the electrical coupler, which is an advantage when having to perform maintenance/repair jobs in the building site. Allthree models are supplied with extension cords to cover all workable diameters, a transport case, a spare blade, an handwheelkey for fixing the pipe, a screw driver to replace the blade and a small cutter.

L’allineatore è interamente realizzato in acciaio; è composto da unapiastra centrale di posizionamento, e da assi per il fissaggio dei tubi. La piastra di posizionamento presenta 4 combinazioni dilavoro al fine di saldare a 45°, a 90°, in linea e derivazioni a T. Le assi sono dotate di morse a forma di V con sistema dibloccaggio dei tubi tramite cinghie a cricco. Il sistema oltre a fissare il tubo alla morsa, esegue la funzione di centratura. Ogniasse è dotata di due guide sulle quali le morse possono traslare. L’allineatore è disponibile in due configurazioni: a due o treassi (per saldare raccordi a T).

L’allineatore è interamente realizzato in acciaio; è compostoda una piastra centrale di posizionamento, e da assi per il fissaggio dei tubi. La piastra di posizionamento presenta 4combinazioni di lavoro al fine di saldare a 45°, a 90°, in linea e derivazioni a T. Riarrotondatori: si tratta di tre utensili in acciaio che grazie alla loro spinta meccanica vanno a rimodellare le estremità di untubo ovalizzato, che successivamente potrà essere saldato da un raccordo per elettrofusione. Il serraggio manuale degli stelidell’utensile, permette una spinta contraria sull’estremità ovalizzata del tubo, creando una ribilanciatura dello stesso, epermettendo l’introduzione nel raccordo da saldare.
