I gain trust from seeing the process. You can photoshop something up and there are endless ways of making things look pretty. But there aren’t endless ways of having really solid process…you either have it or you don’t.

Because you can look at it and say ‘yea, that’s a great website’. It looks great, but does it do what the client wanted it to do? What’s the application? How is it being used now? Where is that?”
