Peak Performance Hockey Camps prides itself in this area. We offereach camper six hours of ice time each day. This part of the day willbe used to teach Player and Team Player Development Skills.

elcome to the 2010 Peak Performance Hockey Camps! For seventeen years, we have been dedicated to pro-viding a hockey camp environment that has proven to

be challenging, educational, and enjoyable! Our objec-tive is to ensure that eachparticipant has an opportuni-ty to learn how to improvetheir individual skills and toleave camp with a game planfor enhanced skills develop-ment. We are family-ownedand operated, and take pridein knowing that our cus-tomers receive a first-classhockey camp experience. Thewindow of opportunity forskills development is nowupon your child. We look forward to providing the skills training tohelp take your child to the next level of play!

– Bob and Lisa Montrose

In a game, an average player has the puck onhis stick for only 20-30 seconds. Hardly

enough time to feel the puck, let alonedevelop any hockey skills. As far as skat-ing, he will be on the ice for an averageof 12-14 minutes in a one hour game.

Make the smart choice this summer.Games alone will not get it done. Choose

to develop your individual skills!Great players know ... it takes training!

Our Player Development Program consists ofpower skating, stick-handling, passing, powershooting, scoring, speed and agility training, and creative confidence sessions. PeakPerformance staff members will be ready toassist each player by showing the properform for each skill by demonstrationand by using video analysis. Eachplayer will leave this program withthe knowledge of how and whythey must master these skills.

As we all know, hockey is a great team sport. Our Team PlayerDevelopment Program will show the importance of team play andhow to utilize each player on your team. With thorough instructionfrom our staff, each player will leave this program understandingthe importance of each position on the ice. Each player will learnoffensive, defensive, neutral zone, and breakout strategies. A teamplayer will make it to the next level!

Feel the force! Train like the professionals train with our over-speedand resistance training equipment. We are committed to helping youadvance your skills to the next level, and with our newly designedtraining programs you will improve. You will not find a speed programutilizing our advanced speed and power programs. The fastest way toget the edge on your competition is at the Peak Performance HockeyCamps in 2010!

OFF-ICE TRAINING

This program will teach severaldifferent off-ice training meth-ods. Quickness and agility ses-sions, plyometrics, and aerobictraining will be emphasized.Power Shooting techniquesfor developing accuracy andvelocity will be stressed.
