Damage Headlamp

Prepare Headlamp

Step 1:

Remove any surface dirt & contaminants before brading the area to be renovated with P2000 Wet/Dry sand paper.

Step 2:

Apply Pearl Scratch Remover #PL053 to Lambs wool Pad & polish in short bursts, to prevent excessive heat build-up.

Clean abraded surface before polishing.

If necessary use a mist of water to keep the surface cool.

Step 3:

Re-apply Scratch Remover with Foam Polishing Pad to enhance finish, again polish in short bursts with light pressure applied to the pad.

When polishing process is complete, clean headlamp to allow for inspection.

If further work is required repeat polishing process again.

Step 4:

Apply the Pearl Oyster Paint Sealant #PL042 with a clean cloth and allow to haze before buffing.

For additional protection a second application of the Sealant can be made 15 minutes after the first application Pearl Oyster Paint Sealant #PL042
