Term 4, Week 6 CHRISTMAS DISCO Students, parents/carers and community members ALL welcome.

P&C MEETING I look forward to seeing you at our final P&C meeting for 2019 on Monday 2nd December at 6pm.

KINDERGARTEN TRANSITION Our final Kindergarten session is on Tuesday 26th November from 9:15 until 11:25am.

ATTENDANCE MEETING On Tuesday morning, at 8:30am, Miss Mac will be attending an attendance meeting at Gateshead Office.

FINANCE MEETING Mrs Fairleigh and Miss Mac will be attending a finance meeting at Gateshead Office at 11am on Tuesday morning.

GALGABBA COS PL Staff will be attending a Galgabba Community of Schools (CoS) Professional Learning afternoon on Wednesday afternoon from 3:30-6:30pm at Swansea Public School. This relates to the new Personal Development/Health/Physical Education syllabus. We apologise but students will not be able to play soccer in the afternoon as staff will need to leave straight away.

GALGABBA TOUCH FOOTBALL GALA DAY Students have been practicing at lunch time, getting ready for the Galgabba Touch Football day on Thursday. Students will leave the Touch Footy Gala early for Swim Scheme. Please ensure permission notes are returned to school as soon as possible.

SWIMMING SCHEME All students will be participating in the Swimming Scheme in weeks 7 and 8. Please return permission notes as money ASAP. Cost is as follows: $8 for transport and $4 entry per day. E.g. 9 days - $44 8 days - $40 7 days - $36 Please note that there are no provisions for students to stay at school. All students are required to attend.

Each week we will be looking for people who are making a positive contribution to our school. - The Kindergarten 2020 students who have really enjoyed their visits. We can’t wait for you to start school with us next year. - The Year 6 students for the way they have run all the assemblies this year.
