cleaning industry and management skills way back in 2010 and in 2012 it was incorporated to
Sharaza Cleaning Service Sdn.Bhd. Although it was started with a modest amount of capital but
today Sharaza Cleaning Services is growing fast in every aspect in order to meet the demand of
the fast growing Industry. We are supported by a strong management team comprising people with
relevant technical experience. We at Sharaza Cleaning Service believe that a good health is
conducive to the productivity and the quality of our surrounding; we strive to provide excellent
cleaning services to satisfy the challenging need of our customers.

Location is very important. Its play the main role in promoting our company and product
moreover a strategic location will promise a good business development. So we decide to
operate our business at Lot Pt 59, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, Mukim bukit Piatu, 75150 Malacca,
because it is much economical and there are complete facilities that we need for our operation.

3.1.1 Build care services
3.1.1.1 Building maintenance Cleaning services – Contractual cleaning services cater for
day to day maintenance of building, shopping complex, trade center,
condominium, factory, workshop, warehouse, sport stadium and complex, theme
park, concert hall, school and etc.
3.1.1.2 Post construction cleaning services – Initial cleaning services cater for newly
constructed building prior to hand over of vacant possession.
3.1.1.3 Floor care services – A treatment and cleaning system cater for the maintenance of
all types of granite, marble, natural stone, ceramic, wooden, synthetic and
fabricated floor finishes.

According to the table, the sales figure change almost every month. the main factor why its
change because of the seasonal factor. This includes festival, school holiday and weather
condition should these seasonal factor effect sales, it must be taken into consideration and the
business must adjust the ales forecast accordingly.

Sharaza employee’s selection, employee training and periodical inspections are to ensure
that our services in your premises will meet your expectation. We understand that personnel
selection; instruction and evaluation must be conducted in accordance to accomplish customers
cleaning requirement. Taking into consideration the requirement of your business nature our
selection of the employees entails a personal interview followed by thorough reference check. Our
instruction to the staffs involves combination of method of work, which includes hand-on
demonstration and printed instruction. This is to ensure that our workers will be able to execute

3.6.1 Staffing

requirement. Therefore this specification will only be referred to as a guide rather than limitation
to the services required to effectively maintaining the facility. The facility is to be staffed to
maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. If the level of cleaning unacceptable, Than Sharaza
will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to overcome the situation.
Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein
specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra services will be performed at
a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.

To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the needs of our customer’s
requirement, we have a short and flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The personnel

closely with the manager in conjunction with the operation of the immediate area. The operation
manager is responsible for the Inspection of work and provides back up to ensure continuity of
high quality performance. The manager conducts inspection primarily during business hours
and periodical throughout the year.
