Our distraction-free and ergonomically advanced conference facilities with leading edge technology and our personalized service and health-inspired innovative cuisine guarantee a premier meeting experience with meaningful results.

Each SilverBirch Conference Centre features a Connections Café®, a SilverBirch Signature Concept. Meeting attendees can visit the Connections Café® at any time during the day to enjoy free wireless internet and all day access to a selection of inspiring morning and afternoon refreshments featuring espresso machines, an incredible assortment of homemade, small indulgences, smoothie shots, fresh fruit and vegetable, pastries and healthy treats – all included in the daily meeting package.

Our variety of All-Inclusive Meeting Packages are designed to make meeting planning stress-free, convenient and easy to budget. We are developing several more SilverBirch Conference Centres in strategic hotel locations across the country over the next few years.

Our history is rich and illuminating. Prior to 1999 we primarily managed third party owned hotels. In early 1999, the hotel management function was bought out by CHIP REIT and CHIP Hospitality was created. In 2007, the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation acquired and privatized the CHIP REIT and SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts was launched. In late 2016, a private investor group purchased all hotel assets as well as the management company, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts.

Over the past decade, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts has demonstrated that it is one of Canada’s top performing hotel operations and asset management companies. Current success is based on several key benefi ts, including: strong regional infrastructure and expertise, signifi cant incremental sales and marketing programs and support, unparalleled franchise relations, an understanding of branding, and hotel real estate asset management.

Our Commitment to the Environment SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the environment through various initiatives embraced by the company and at each of the hotels across Canada. In 2002, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts became the fi rst hotel management company in Canada to have all its properties certifi ed under the Green Leaf Eco-rating program administered on behalf of the Hotel Association of Canada. In 2004, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts endorsed the Association’s launch of a new Eco-rating program and again had all its properties certifi ed under the Green Key ECOmmodation program. SilverBirch’s commitment to the

environment is endorsed and embraced by all associates. Environmental decisions are part of the corporate culture and are fundamental to the daily operation of each hotel, from the frontline to the boardroom. All of our hotels are three, four or fi ve Green Key Certifi ed.
