It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the 2015 Master Innholders General Managers’ Conference; the hotel industry’s premier annual forum. We cannot ignore the challenges which continue to face the global economy, yet people across the world are travelling in ever greater numbers. It is for this reason, that our theme for this year’s conference is People & Places. The programme has been designed to provide us with insight into what motivates our customers and our teams, whilst also exploring the increasing impact of technology in every aspect of our lives.

Amongst the impressive line-up of speakers at this year’s conference, we will have Arthur de Haast from Jones Lang LaSalle, Mario Jobbe of Circos Brand Karma, Rebecca Stephens MBE, Gavin Esler, Sir David Michels, and our gala dinner guest speaker will be Tom Parker-Bowles. The sessions are relevant to managers at all levels across the spectrum of the industry, and the conference remains the only one of its type, inspired and delivered by general managers for general managers.
