5 | kean miller IN THE NEWS

Kean Miller was born on Valentine’s Day 1983, when nine attorneys in a well-respected and successful Louisiana law fi rm announced they were departing tobegin anew. Th eir inspiration for this new law fi rm was the passion to create apositive culture wherein the attorneys enjoyed working together for the benefi t ofthe client and the community; a place where the attorneys were friends fi rst, and business partners second; a place where partners did not compete with one another; and an environment where the client came fi rst, and the projects were performed by the most qualifi ed attorney.

In 2014, we are happy to report that the vision of our founding partners remains a fundamental building block of our client relationships – relationships forged by mutual trust, effi ciency, advocacy, and superior service. Th is vision is very much alive today, from the people we represent, to people we employ; from the charitable organizations we serve, to the civic causes we support.

Th e fact that we now have 150 attorneys in fi ve offi ces has neither dampened the spirit of this philosophy nor tempered the enthusiasm we have for our clients, our people, or the communities we strive to support with our time and talents.

With this announcement, we appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to those in new roles at our fi rm, those new to us who share our vision, and a new platform from which to serve you.

G. BLANE CLARK, JR.
