How do tHE Bar dEaLs work?

Each way works better for some than others, but generally we work in 4 ways:

� Revenue Share – the bar takings are split at an agreed percentage between us and you. We take the risk and cover all costs

� Fee – you pay us an agreed fee and you take all the bar takings � Profit share – we agree a budget and the final bar profit is split

between us and you at an agreed percentage � Guarantee/Buy Out – we pay you an agreed fee and we take all

the bar revenue

BarCLaYCard prEsEnts BrItIsH summEr tImE (HYdE park)AEG Live commissioned us to manage all the their front of house and backstage bars for up to 65,000 customers per day, over two weekends featuring two sold out dates for the Rolling Stones – housed inside stunning buildings and bar environments.

We worked alongside Barclaycard to deliver cashless and touch to pay across 15 bars on site inclduing 5 cocktail bars, a winery, a pub and all the backstage bars for the VIP’s and artists which included Bon Jovi, Lionel Ritchie, J-Lo and more in 2013. Over 800 staff were deployed each weekend.

FIELd daY Field Day returned to Victoria Park in East London at the beginning of June. We have worked with the event since 2006 and we ran all 14 outdoor bars including a prestigious backstage VIP cocktail bar. Cold draught lager, local craft beer and ‘pokey’ Mojito’s were the order of the day for the 35,000 guests.

sECrEt GardEn partYThe Secret Garden Party has grown a loyal, eclectic and fun following in its history and we are proud to have worked with the event since 2005. Cocktails are always a popular with this crowd and we didn’t disappoint – especially our head mixologist’s “secret” Bloody Mary recipe – it was the talking point of the weekend and certainly helped with the hangovers! As well as the main outdoor bars provided a rum bar on a pirate ship in the middle of the lake (which was only accessible via canoe-water-taxi) and was consequently exploded into a flurry of fireworks on Saturday night...

FEast rEstaurant and Bar, BrIGHtonPeppermint Events produced a 200 capacity sit-down gourmet restaurant and bar in the unique location of the Royal Pavilion, next to the Ice Rink. Where Regency meets Victoriana style and décor – Inside it served food fit for The Prince Regent with restaurant in opulent surroundings and comfortable seating. The delicious food menu featured everything from fondues to fresh oysters, cream teas to suckling pigs and a mouth-watering drinks menu including Regency cocktails, local ales and mulled wine – sure to warm you even on the coldest night.

tHE moosE BarThe inaugural Moose Bar took shape at the foot of Canary Wharf’s One Canada Square and served the adjacent ice rink and some of the 200,000 professionals working around Canary Wharf and the City of London. The Moose created a unique log-cabin, warm and inviting atmosphere in the heart of Canary Wharf, with acoustic music and entertainment throughout the week. It was a huge success, growing from year to year.

pIn up BowLInG LanEs, manCHEstErPin Up is a pop up 1950s boutique tenpin bowling lane venue, complete with American diner, cocktail bar and dance floor. Pin Up visited the heart of Manchester and welcomed the likes of Norman Jay MBE and Alexis Taylor behind the decks.
