XFlexXFlex is BRISTOL’S latest silhouette in light-weight fi re-fi ghting PPE. Ergonomically designed it gives the ultimate in fi t and comfort for the maximum number of body types. XFlex has distinctive sports styling and off ers a garment combination that is suitable for the various hazardous roles associated with a fi re fi ghter’s work.
Fabric combinations have been designed to give the opti-mum performance whilst being light in weight to minimise heat stress. All layers are breathable and with wickable linings reduce the build up of heat, as the amazing RET fi gures in the table below will show.
Certifi ed to EN469 2005 Level 2 and complying with EN343 waterproof and EN1149 Anti static standards. Three durable outer shells are used:-
• XR6 Hainsworth Atlas
• PM1 Matrix
• XR2 Hainsworth Titan
M17 Gore Crosstech Fireblocker moisture barrier is off ered giving additional bloodborne pathogen protection.
ECO-dry state of the art thermal barriers from Hainsworth are incorporated, a combination of Nomex with wool giving a natural antibacterial moisture management system and good wearer comfort.
