CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
OWNER'S NORMAL FACILITY OPERATION AND ACTIVITY SCHEDULE SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT. CONTRACTOR SHALL INCORPORATE THE OWNER'S CONCERT, REHEARSAL, AND SCHEDULED CLASSES INTO THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE TO INSURE POTENTIALLY DISRUPTIVE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ARE PERFORMED AT ALTERNATE TIMES.

CONTRACTOR, SUB-CONTRACTORS, AND ALL WORKERS ON THE PROJECT SHALL ADHERE TO THE CONTRACTOR'S APPROVED SAFETY PROGRAM AND PROTOCOLS AT ALL TIMES. IT IS INCUMBENT UPON THE CONTRACTOR TO CONFIRM THAT THE CONTRACTOR'S SAFETY PROGRAM MEETS OR EXCEEDS ALL UNIVERSITY AND OSHA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN CRITERIA:

CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTAINING ALL DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED DEBRIS WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS. WORK WILL BE STOPPED IF DEBRIS IS NOTED TO BE FALLING FROM THE ROOF IN AN UNCONTROLLED AND/OR UNSCHEDULED MANOR.
