Persan’s new collec�on Markiz, offering drapery fabrics only, is an avant-garde collec�on with a touch of art deco. Elegant in its royal style, Markiz is also highly feminine with its gli�ering surfaces.
Sa�n bases and shiny surfaces are on the forefront of the collec�on; flowing fabrics, invi�ng to the touch, with sharp-edged pa�erns create a contradic�on and a striking effect.
Petal-like design is the main design in the Markiz Collec�on. The interlocking subtle damask and the circular pa�ern in oxidized metal effect are two other outstanding fabrics of the collec�on. Small geometric pa�erns and gilded plains with distressed effect complement these powerful pa�erns.
Colours such as ecru/beige tones, bi�er brown/earth tones light blue are used while, smoke/dark gray and navy blue/copper tone combina�ons stand out in the collec�on. Gently coordina�ng with these colours; copper, gold and silver metallic effects are the essen�al characteris�cs of Markiz.
