Masification Of The Use Of Natural Gas - Distribution Of Natural Gas Through A Network Of Pipelines In The Regions Of Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junín, Cusco, Puno And Ucayali

The Project consists of the implementation of the indispensable infrastructure to provide the Natural Gas Distribution Service for the diverse users, in the regions of Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huancavelica, Junín, Cusco, Puno and Ucayali. The minimum infrastructure to be implemented, as part of the concession, in each city will be: (i) Main Reception and Regulation Station; (ii) High Pressure Steel Network; (iii) District Regulation Stations; and (iv) Medium Pressure Polyethylene Network.

Integrated Gas Transportation System, South Zone

(Investment amount to be defined)

The project is framed within the energy policy called “Energy Security” and includes a natural gas and natural gas liquids transport system, which will provide security of supply to the users of the National Interconnected Electric System (SEIN) and to the users of natural gas (NG) and natural gas liquids (LNG); as well as to provide coverage of NG and LNG supply for the users of the main cities of the southern area of Peru: Cusco, Apurimac, Puno, Arequipa, Moquegua and Tacna, and the “Southern Peru Energy Node in Mollendo and Ilo” (Puerto Bravo and Ilo Thermal Power Plants, respectively).

Huancayo - Huancavelica Railway

The project consists on the rehabilitation and improvement of the Huancayo – Huancavelica railroad, it comprises he design, finance, works execution, acquisition of rolling stock materials, operation and maintenance.

ELECTRICITY

138 KV Puerto Maldonado - Iberia Transmission Line and 20/60/23 KV of 100 MVA Valle del Chira Substation

(USD 50,613,27 Million)

The purpose of the transmission line, of simple circuit and 160 km in length, is to supply electricity to the city of Iberia, as well as the population and industrial loads of the zone, with energy coming from the National Interconnected Electric Grid (SEIN, by its acronym in Spanish). As part of the project, the Puerto Maldonado substation must be expanded, to complete the connection cells of the existing transformer and to install the exit bay of the Puerto Maldonado-Iberia line. Likewise, the project aims to provide relatability to the energy provision in the department of Piura.

Relevant dates:

• The Payment of the Participation Right may be made until January 29, 2021.

• The Presentation of the Qualification Application of the interested bidders will be received until February 3, 2021.

• The Qualification Announcement will be made on March 2nd, 2021.

• The presentation offers and the awarding of the project is estimated for April 07, 2021.

ELECTRICITY

500 KV Piura Nueva Frontera Substation Transmission Line

(USD 163,502,301.00 Million)

Interconnection Project of the electrical systems of Peru and Ecuador. It comprises the construction of a 500 kV Transmission Line of simple circuit with an approximate length of 263.2 km, which will begin its trajectory in the substation Piura Nueva 500 kV and will culminate in the border point with Ecuador. The project also includes the expansion of the Piura Nueva substation.

ROADS

Longitudinal de la Sierra Road - Tranch IV

(USD 280 Million)

The project consists on the rehabilitation and upgrade works of 117 km of roads, the regular initial maintenance of 280 km of roads and the operation and continuous maintenance of 970 km of roads in order to conserve the highway at established levels of service.

Two new hospitals: Piura and Chimbote (ESSALUD)

The projects consist of the design, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of supplementary services (gray coats) of Highly Specialized Hospitals for the Social Security System of Peru (ESSALUD); one will be located in the department of Piura.

SANITATION AND WATER SYSTEM

Puerto Maldonado’s new wastewater treatment plant

(USD 58 Million)

The project will consist in the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a wastewater installation in Puerto Maldonado.

Headwaters and pipeline works for Lima’s potable water supply

(USD 60 Million)

The project consists on the Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the following new works: (i) Expansion of Pomacocha and Huallacocha Bajo reservoirs (to 90 MMC), (ii) Captchment channels (12 km), (iii) Trans-Andean tunnel (10 km), (iv) Huachipa II Water Treatment Plant (5m3/s), (v) Additional reservoirs (137,000 m3), (vi) South branch line (40 km) inc. 7 reservoirs, and (vii) Interconnecting Lines (90 km). Includes the O&M of the following existing facilities: (i) Huachipa water up-take, (ii) Huachipa I Plant (5 m3 /s), and (iii) North branch line (27 km) incl. 4 reservoirs.

This project aims to provide a connection to strengthen the energy supply in the region of Ica. The project includes the implementation of the main facilities and equipment of the 220/60 kV Chincha Nueva substation and 220/60 kV Nazca Nueva substation

The project will consist of the construction, implementation, maintenance and operation of 4 high- performance schools (COAR) in the regions of Junín, Pasco, Huancavelica and Cusco.

The project will consist of the exploration, mining operation through an underground mine and processing a mineralized deposit located in the mining concessions Tambo Grande N° 4, Tambo Grande N° 5, Tambo Grande N° 9 and Tambo Grande N° 10, which form “El Algarrobo Project”.

The purpose of the project is the construction, equipment, operation of the complementary services and maintenance of the infrastructure, furniture, and equipment for educational institutions at risk in the districts of Ate and San Juan de Lurigancho in Lima.

(USD 95 Million)

The purpose of the project is the construction, equipment, operation of the complementary services and maintenance of the infrastructure, furniture, and equipment for educational institutions at risk in the districts of Comas and San Martin de Porres.

New wastewater treatment plant for Huancayo, El Tambo and Chilca

The project consists in the construction of a new treatment plant of 80,700 m3/h capacity, the installation of 4 stations for water pumping among other infrastructure.
