the amount of $1,138,486.00 (excluding salary and benefits that has been incorporated into the General Fund Budget.)

7. RECOMMENDATION: Consider a Motion to adopt the tentative Curriculum Budget in

the amount of $352,024.75. 8. RECOMMENDATION: Consider a Motion to adopt the Capital Projects Budget for the

2013-2014 school year in the amount of $1,535,994.00. 9. RECOMMENDATION: Renew the Food Service Contract with ARAMARK Inc. for 1

year with the option to extend for 1 additional year unless required to competitively bid by the PDE.

RECOMMENDATION: Consider a motion to approve other recommendations as follows:

1. Set the June Regular Board Meeting date for Monday, June 24, 2013.

2. Approve the bids for the 2013-14 school year for vendor supply and equipment bids including District and Intermediate Unit #1 cooperative purchasing consortium and Athletics. (attachment)

3. Approve an agreement with Crossroads Speech and Hearing, Inc. for the 2013 Extended

School Year Program at an hourly rate of $55.00 per hour. This service will be utilized on a as-needed basis. (attachment)

4. Set the fees for game workers at athletic events for the 2013-14 school year. (attachment)

5. Set the fees for Event Security as follows:

Football/Basketball: $25.00/hr Constables

All other athletic and non-athletic events $18.50/hr

6. Approve the Officials’ Event fees for the 2013-14 school year. (attachment)

7. Approve the Endorsement Agreement between 5 Star Sports Calendar LLC and Peters Township School District to produce athletic calendars for the 2013-14 school year at no cost to the District. 5 Star will provide the athletic department with a commission of revenues per athletic season (attachment)

8. Approve Licensing Agreement between LRG Prep, LLC, and Peters Township School district to provide apparel at local retailers (Dick’s Sporting Goods). LRG Prep will provide the Peters Township Athletic Department with royalty payments based on sales. (attachment)

9. Approve the donation from the Girl Scouts Troop 54327 to paint a map of the United States on the blacktop playground area at Bower Hill.

10. Approve the proposal to promote the Student Leadership Academy at McMurray Elementary School during the Summer of 2013. (attachment)

11. Approve the Addendum to the Lease Agreement dated April 24, 1995 and amended

November 23, 1999 with Peters Township wherein the School District agreed to lease the site of the Elm Grove School to the Township. This will establish a new ten year amortization period of the improvements the Township would like to proceed with at Elm Grove. (attachment)
