Initial Exploration Period (four years)

• Minimum exploration work –• Acquisition of 2D seismic data• Correlation of well data acquired in ODP 1085 , DSDP 361 in adjacent block blocks.

• Minimum exploration expenditure –• USD 1 Million (One Million US Dollars).• And relinquish 50% with option exit.• ~ $50k a year licence fees

First renewal exploration period (2 years)

• Minimum exploration work -• Acquisition of 3D seismic data acquired.• Optional One well of 4200m penetration below sea bed.• Minimum exploration expenditure

• Minimum exploration expenditure -• USD5 Million (Twenty Million US Dollars).• And relinquish 25% of the block with option of Exit
