• Yes. PF can be transferred for any number of previous employers.

• Please generate your PF Transfer form ‘Form 13 ‘ from the ‘PF Form Generator ‘ section on the Portal

• You need to submit separate Form 13s for each company

• For Account maintained by PF Trust , please fill up 2 separate forms. One form addressed to the PF trust of your

previous employer for transferring PF accumulations & the second form addressed to the Regional Provident fund

office which maintains the Pension account of your previous employer. You can get the Trust & PF office address

from your previous employer

• Submit the transfer form to your location HR Team / IDU HR SPOC

2. What is the process for PF transfer after I submit FORM 13 to TechM HR team?For Accounts maintained by RPFC ( Government) For Accounts maintained by PF Trusts

TechMahindra submits your PF Transfer Form No.13 to RPFC, Pune, RPFC sends inter office memo to the RPFC of your earlier employer and calls for EPF accumulations.

Tech Mahindra submits your PF Transfer Form to your previous employer’s PF Trust & the Pension Transfer form to the PF office

The RPFC of the earlier employer is supposed to transfer your EPF accumulation via cheque in the name of RPFC Pune and thereafter it would be credited to your TechMahindra account directly by RPFC, Pune .

The PF Trust of your previous employer submits statement of EPF contributions and a Demand Draft for the accumulated amount to Regional provident Fund Commissioner's Office (RPFC) Pune. RPFC credits the PF amount to your TechMahindra PF accountThe PF office transfers your Pension accumulation to your TechMahindra Pension account

• You can check your PF claim status by logging in to the EPFO website

• Select PF Office State as ‘MAHARASHTRA’

• Select Office Name as ‘PUNE’

• Enter Establishment code as 34224

• Enter Extension as 00

• Account Number : - Enter your PF account number . Your PF account number can be found on all your TechM

salary slips

• In case you want to know the status of your PF-Transfer Out application status , please contact the PF authorities

directly or raise a grievance on the EPFO grievance cell at http://www.epfindia.com/grievance.htm

• TechMahindra does not have any visibility on transfer status as PF transfer is a transaction between 2 PF offices.

TechMahindra PF team has no role to play in this process.

**Please note that there is no prescribed time limit for transfer of PF. It depends only on clearance of PF amount from the concerned RPFC/Trust of your last employer.
