Proposed Bylaw: Bylaw No. 596, Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw (400-5)

Official Community Plan Amendment:

A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 400, Official Community Plan, 2010 for the purpose of amending the land use designation for property located at 2024, 2032, 2036, 2040, 2049 and 2050 Idlemore Road, 2040 and 2050 Kaltasin Road and the portion of property located at 2018 and 2039 Idlemore Road that is zoned General Industrial (M2) from Community Residential to Industrial.

Zoning Amendment: A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 600, Sooke Zoning Bylaw, 2013 for the purpose of adding a definition for “Waste Transfer Station” and to allow “Waste Transfer Station” in all properties zoned General Industrial (M2).
