The app helps patients to record what they’re experiencing by giving them an easy to use, simple checklist based tool on their smartphones.

• Physicians can ask for the wellbeing of their patient throughout the app. He can send push notifications to the patient, asking for his/her conditions – who can easily answer that with a simple click.

• The Push Notifications can be generated automatically based on the parameters given by the physician.

• The app has two views – the physician and the patient view. They are digitally linked together so both parties can communicate with the other one.
