Svam Packaging Industries (P) Ltd. is a premier

Mr. Satish Kumar, who is an industry veteran

with over 4 decades of experience in the field of

Pharmaceutical Packaging.

Our main focus is on Cold Form Foils, Child Resistant

Foils & Tropical Foils however, we have recently

begun developing Aluminium Blister Foils as well.

ABOUT THE GROUP

Cold Form facilitates with high-barrier protection against moisture, oxygen and light. Cold Form Blisters also add an aesthetic value to the product. Its specifications ensure deep drawable cavities ensuring safety of the product.

However, the key advantage of cold form foil blisters is that the use of aluminum offers a complete barrier for water and oxygen, allowing an extended product expiry date.

SVAM got into the business of Cold Form (Alu Alu) in 2003 & now with a market experience & the knowledge of over a decade, we at SVAM have geared up to produce one of the finest quality of Cold Form (Alu-Alu) Laminates.

We also offer anti-counterfeiting solutions such as Reverse/Sandwich Printing as well as invisible Printing.

Standard Product Specifications:

Svam offers high quality lidding foils developed under clean & hygienic conditions to ensure safety of our clients� products. These foils are offered both in plain as well as printed forms.

Primer coated Aluminium foil hard tempered with HSL coating is available in various thicknesses ranging from 20 microns till 30 microns as requested by customers. HSL Coating can be done up to 8-10 gsm. We offer solutions for sealing with all kinds of Forming Films such as PVC, PVdC, Cold Form, Tropical etc.

Tropical Foils are used as a shield over the Plastic Packaging in order to save moisture sensitive products against Moisture, Oxygen, Light, UV Rays. Aesthetically designed and developed look of the blister makes the Tropical foil a special laminate in the industry. It can be used for packaging of all kinds of medicines. This laminate comprises of oPA, Aluminium foil with Heat Seal Lacquer

Child resistant / Senior friendly packaging was developed to ensure safety of children by preventing easy opening of the blister by children & friendly opening of the blister by adults. Various specifications are available in the market which are approved by the Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agencies. This product is currently under development at SVAM.

Svam offers structures such as PET/FOIL/POLY for packaging of various pharmaceutical products such as dry powders. The laminate is produced under strict hygienic conditions ensuring safety of the product. Customized specifications are also available on request.
