UNIQUE DEVICE IDENTIFICATION (UDI) FDA COMPLIANCE

IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

Purpose: Support our client in conformance to new UDI

compliance rules set forth by the FDA under the Federal

Register Vol. 78, No 185, CFR Part 16, 801 and 803. The

primary purpose for this project was to reduce medical

errors, standardizaon, rapid Idenficaon of medical

devices and to provide a beNer overall means of idenfying

products.

Solu�on: ITG is providing overall so@ware development

services as well as development of new device drivers for

the new vision systems and laser printers used for the UDI

implementaon.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SCADA/HMI UPGRADE PROJECT

Purpose: To provide an updated standardized and scalable

SCADA and HMI soluon for an obsolete and unsupported

HMI system.

Solu�on: ITG provided so@ware design, development and

implementaon services for manufacturing lines within a

fortune 100 pharmaceucal client’s manufacturing facilies.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS PLC CPU UPGRADE PROJECT

Purpose: To provide a scalable (Ethernet communicaon)

compable PLC CPU to fully enable the producon opera-

ons to interface with plant systems, Historian Servers and

other systems the client planned on interfacing, and to pro-

vide beNer overall CPU throughput and improved execuon

of PLC processes without influencing exisng fully validated

processes.

Solu�on: ITG provided tesng and implementaon of the

upgraded PLC CPUs as well as developed drivers using the

Ethernet protocols with new devices and upgraded compo-

nents on the producon lines.
