Why take the Pharmacology for Medical Careers Program?

Teaches HSE students about pharmacy operations, identification of drugs, and prepares for technician jobs while still in high school.

Schools districts are seeking CTE programs leading to state or national certification and containing option for end-of course testing.

Provides a foundation of pharmacy operations and medications for all future medical careers.

PMC graduates can become employed parttime as nationally certified pharm techs while working their way through medical school.

Students completing a PMC program are ahead of their peers in postsecondary medical training.
